Speak with our team before you order. We will help you land on the right quantity the first time and explain what can and cannot be returned for the product you have chosen. A short conversation upfront saves the hassle later.
Bring your measurements in square metres and we will help you work out the quantity, including an allowance for cuts and wastage. We do ask that you confirm the final figure with your installer before ordering, because they know how the tile will be laid.
Yes, and we recommend it. Come into the showroom and look at the tile in person before you commit. Colour and finish read very differently on a screen.
Screens shift colour, and lighting changes it again once the tile is on the wall. Always confirm your selection in the showroom against the actual tile.
Ceramic is clay fired in a kiln, glazed or unglazed, and it suits walls and lighter traffic. Porcelain uses a finer clay fired at higher temperatures, which makes it denser and harder wearing, so it is the pick for floors and wet areas. Natural stone such as marble, granite and travertine is cut from quarried stone, so every piece is slightly different.

Usually, yes. We are happy to change any order on stocked items. Get in touch as early as you can, particularly if the order has already been packed for delivery.
