These terms cover orders with Wall Boulevard Pty Ltd (ABN 77 611 965 210) at our Coburg North and Carrum Downs stores and through this website.

Orders and quantities
We help you estimate quantities, including an allowance for cuts and wastage, but the final quantity is your installer's call. Confirm it with them before you order.
Colour and variation
Tiles vary batch to batch, and screens do not show colour accurately. Confirm your selection in the showroom against the physical tile before committing. Variation ratings (V1 to V4) are listed on each collection page.
Changes and returns
We are happy to change any order on stocked items. Speak with us before ordering and we will explain what can and cannot be returned for the product you have chosen.
Delivery
We deliver 24/7 across Victoria with our own trucks and forklifts. Interstate freight is arranged through Transdirect. Local supply usually takes around seven days; imported product can take up to four months.
